Well cover
The well cover is the only visible part of a well chamber. All components are made of chrome-nickel steel. The cover is hermetically sealed, has an insect screen, and is lockable.
The built-in GRP lid prevents the resulting condensate from flowing back into the reservoir. A safety plate protects the lid from below against tampering.
With us you get a high-quality and sophisticated product, which is of course SVGW-certified.

Several rolling machines ranging from small to very large, a 4m guillotine shear, a bending machine and, of course, sufficient work space enable us to produce very large objects in one piece.

PRESSURE LID
The "Spirig" pressure covers are a cost-effective solution when you need a manhole to the water chamber. They can be used as access to containers, especially in water supply systems and stormwater overburden tanks.
Pressure-resistant up to a water column of 10 m, opening on the pressure side, and flexible in terms of wall thickness. We offer various solutions to give the seal the necessary preload.

Pressure doors

Almost all components are covered and thus protected from damage or attacks by vandals.
We're breaking new ground with our locking system. In collaboration with hydraulic engineers, we've developed a revolutionary locking system.
All locks are extended and retracted simply by flipping a single handle. Completely maintenance-free and reliable.
Of course, we also offer locking systems with a central rotary handle and diagonal screw connections.
Front entry doors
Spirig front access doors are the focal point of any spring catchment. They are used when it is not possible to enter the spring water catchment from above (dome entrance).
A front-accessible reservoir offers much greater convenience. On steep slopes, excavation is reduced, and it offers many other advantages.
The door leaf is designed to be permanently ventilated, thus greatly improving air exchange in the spring water catchment.
Ladders by SPIRIG
Of course, we also offer ladders and stairs that are perfectly suited to your property. Unlike many of our competitors, our ladders are made to measure. So you don't have to unpack a saw and trim the thing to fit on-site.
Each individual stage can be fully planned upon request and fits like a glove.
A thorough measurement (either on-site or by us upon request) is, of course, a prerequisite. We adhere to the applicable local regulations. In Switzerland, these include the BFU guidelines and SN EN 14396.
To help you keep a cool head in the jungle of numerous regulations, we are always available to advise you.
SPIRIG staircases are typically made of pickled V2A stainless steel. Upon request, we can also supply them in 316L, 1.44xx, or even 1.45xx.
If you wish, we can assemble the stairs on site.
Security doors
Spirig Metalltechnik AG offers doors in various designs and styles. Depending on your requirements, the doors can be customized to your specific circumstances.
For example, burglar-resistant construction, high thermal insulation, aesthetic specifications, etc. These not only look good but also offer a high level of protection against possible external influences. There are hardly any edges that can be pried by levers or similar tools. All fastening screws are inaccessible from the outside.
Piping
We've been processing stainless steel in all imaginable shapes and designs for decades. Our experienced craftsmen understand their craft and ensure perfect quality.
With our extensive know-how, we plan, manufacture and supply individual pipe components or entire piping systems in stainless steel.
Sanding pipes
Sanding pipes that are encased in concrete serves to strengthen the connection between the pipes and the concrete.
Both metal and plastic pipes can be sanded. This process improves the pipes' adhesion to the concrete.
As an option for our pressure doors At the customer's request, the door frames are increasingly being sanded.

TELL is the powerful outdoor sensor that protects against water and other burglars. Weatherproof and easy to install, TELL reliably alerts for up to four years without changing batteries – anytime, anywhere.
With its highly sensitive motion, acceleration, and temperature sensors, TELL detects tampering with fire hydrants, gate valves, surface covers, road gratings, and access points of all kinds (well houses, maintenance yards, manholes, etc.). The data is transmitted in real time as push notifications, effectively preventing damage.
